Ontario Toner Privacy Policy
During the regular course of business for the purpose of providing our products and services Ontario Toner may collect some personal information about our customers and visitors. This policy outlines what information may be collected, why it is collected and how it may be used. All information obtained is stored digitally, responsibly and is solely for the purpose of providing our services and meeting our customers needs.
What information do we collect?
We may collect the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Payment Card Number, Payment Card Expiry Date, Purchase History, Product/Service Preferences, Customer Satisfaction Info, Opinions about Products and Services.
When you visit our website we may also collect: information about your computer, the type of operating system and browser you use, and your computer's location, what pages you visit on our site and what links you click on, how you arrived at our site (Analytics).
How do we use this information?
The main reason we collect this information is to facilitate our services to the customer. This include fulfilling orders, providing customer service, providing delivery services, completing sales transactions, obtaining feedback on our products and services.
If it's a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example, when you make a purchase on our website we provide your payment information to our payment processors. We also pass on your name and address to a courier company to complete a delivery.
How do we gain consent?
When you provide us with personal information to register an account, complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery, return a purchase or rate or review a product or service, we assume you consent to our collecting it and using it for our stated reasons only. If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to opt out.
How do I opt out?
You can opt out by sending Ontario Toner a request in writing to sales@ontariotoner.ca. If you choose to opt out it may prevent us from providing you services and fulfilling orders. Example we would not be able to arrange shipment of your orders without the ability to provide a thrid party (shipping company) your information such as name & address.
